The PP of Dénia accuses the government team of "resurrecting expired and repealed partial plans"

February 28 from 2024 - 16: 09

The Municipal Group of Party The Dénia City Council has registered, this Wednesday, a request for reports on point 13 of the agenda of the Ordinary Plenary Session that will be held this coming Thursday. This point deals, as indicated by the popular ones, "about the initiation of the procedure for the resolution of the award of status of promoters of the Campusos-Sant Joan Partial Plan, a procedure from 1977 that has nothing to do with current legislation and generates legal uncertainty. to the owners.

According to Carlos Barona, councilor of the Popular Party in charge of urban affairs, "we understand from the Popular Party that the PGE 2023 cannot revive expired Partial Plans from 1977, since it goes against the environment and municipal economic sustainability. The PGE 2023 violates what is contained in the declaration of the Natural Park Montgó 1987. A decree, that of the Natural Park, which repealed all previous plans that had effects on the Montgó and left them without effect.

Barona has also pointed out that "initiating this type of procedure on expired and repealed Plans is giving them a charter and assuming them by the City Council, having to assume all future compensation that arises from this initiative."

The Popular Councilor has highlighted that in all the previous urban planning documents that have passed through the city "these Partial Plans were eliminated since the management of the Montgó Natural Park is a higher standard. Assuming that there are homes in green areas, unfinished roads or non-existent services, means that the pockets of all citizens will have to assume possible compensation, finishing the roads and services in the area.

On the other hand, the spokesperson for the Popular Party in the Dénia City Council, Pepa Font, has insisted that "we cannot continue to burden the residents of Dénia with bad urban planning decisions. The economic disaster that this decision could cause to the City Council could lead to technical bankruptcy. For this reason we have requested separate reports, one from the municipal secretary and the other from the Comptroller, to properly assess the legal and economic consequences of this decision, leaving this Plenary point on the table until said reports are issued.

This town is a cage of crickets

The PP with everything it has done now comes out with the fact that it is interested in the environment. To the PP!! What are the kings of the ball?

The PSOE is doing one after another in urban planning and when the responsibilities arrive for Mrs. Ripoll's botched work, we will see what we do.

You commit a lot of protest but swallow with everything

And the man from Vox will be saving Spain by censoring children's magazines

You have to look around the town, these people are in their circus and not in Denia

  2. Luis says:

As repealed as herself. Does the PP have no one else?

  3. Blas de Lezo says:

HAHAHA how cute the Pan-Catalanists of Compromis are with stellar flags in Lliber… save Lliber but they beat Montgo???

In the blacksmith's house, a wooden knife. We will pay for the botanics of the Botanics, all citizens will fine the City Council and they will already be at home!!!

  4. Pau (FR) says:

There are many cases like these in our region, the result of reclassification and rapid resale of plots before and during the urban boom.
Many will not be surprised by the existence of about 5 large private plots on the edge of the cliff between Dénia and Xabia, what today is Las Planas with work and building permits granted but revoked/paralyzed when it was declared a Maritime Terrestrial Natural Park.
Just wait for some "interested" party to reach the local or provincial government and lift the ban as is now happening in Llíber and other places.

  5. Alfonso says:

But... In whose head can we approve this barbarity in the Montgo????

  6. It says:

It doesn't matter, this city council and its urban planning protégé are used to rulings against them for their "wonderful" decisions and urban plans, rulings that do not pay and charge the citizens with late payment interest.
A complete demonstration of "intelligence" of this progressive society that governs us and only looks out for its own interests and those of its cronies, demonstrating once again that the people, its people and our
They don't give a damn about nature.
