[VIDEO] The Marina Alta stars in a chapter 'Las Rutas d'Ambrosio' in La 2

La Marina Alta, its gastronomic and natural heritage, starred in the chapter broadcast last Saturday of the documentary program The Routes d'Ambrosio, in which chef Gonzalo D'Ambrosio enters the world of gastronomy, through the native products of the regions he visits. D'Ambrosio's visit to the Marina Alta begins in Dénia, in the Baix la Mar neighborhood, where he talks with some neighbors before embarking with some fishermen in search of the red shrimp. With the chefs of the Faralló y Pont Sec, D'Ambrosio discovers the peculiarities of shrimp and octopus, and then moves to Jesús Pobre and get to know the wines of Les Freses.

During his visit to the EATIM, he also visited the riurau, where he learned about the process of escaldà de la pansa and the preparation of baked rice. The chef's trip ends in the Marjal de Pego, another of the great natural landscapes that the region has.
