We present to you the seven candidates to major falleras of Dénia 2020

Next Saturday, May 18, Dénia will choose the new major falleras of the city. Once the term opened by the Local Board Fallera for the presentation of candidates, there are seven girls who aspire to become the successors of Amparo Petrie and Neus Suárez.

A total of five girls, Martina Gimeno, Cynthia Sendra, Yaiza Serrano, Alma Miralles and Alicia Guardiola; while for the position of fallera mayor of Dénia there are only two candidates, Safir Malonda and Raquel Llobell.

All of them have been officially presented this Monday afternoon, before the media, in an informal event in which they have been able to make themselves known and explain why they want to hold the position.

Martina Gimeno Estévez

Martina has 11 years and studies in the Carmelitas school. Belongs to the Diana fails, of which last year was a major child faller. He has been a faller since he was born and he has been encouraged to present himself to a major child faller of Dénia because from the beginning he was very clear that he wanted to go to the meeting. In addition, Martina does not want to miss the opportunity to enjoy her companions.

Cyntia Sendra Martínez

Cynthia has 12 years and belongs to the Darrere fails Castell Since I was a child. She studied at the IES Maria Ibars, and she has encouraged to present herself to the position to share one more year with her major faller, Safir Malonda, as well as with the rest of the candidates for older children. For Cynthia, being a major child faller would be "a very good dream".

Yaiza Serrano Moll

With nine years old, Yaiza belongs to the Saladar fails from tiny. Being Denia's biggest child faller has been his dream since childhood, and now that he has the opportunity, he wants to know what the board is like up close.

Alma Miralles Pedrós

Alma has 9 years and since she was a child she belongs to the Les Roques fails, of which last year was a major child faller. Alma is presented but only as a cut of the greater infantile faller of Dénia.

Alicia Guardiola Morera

Safir Malonda Costa

With 23 years, Safir Malonda is one of the candidates to hold the position of senior faller Dénia 2020. It belongs to the Darrere del Castell fault and is currently studying a Master in Cellular and Molecular Biotechnology of Plants in Valencia. 15 years ago was the oldest child faller of the commission and also then presented to the Local Board. For Safir, "This is a great opportunity to represent your people".

Raquel Llobell Ivars

Raquel Llobell belongs to the Saladar fault since the year 2012. Always at the bottom of the canyon, last year was the commission's biggest faller, "an unforgettable experience". After that experience, Raquel considers that "I could not miss this opportunity to end this year in the best possible way"Raquel is 27 years old and is a dressmaker.

The next 11 of May, the candidates will have the coexistence with the members of the Fallera Local Board and the assembly components. A week later, on Saturday 18 of May, the mayor will call the two elected, that same night will be proclaimed as top representatives of the Dénia fallera for 2020.
