For the second consecutive year, the Department of the Mayor of the City of Dénia has organized the lecture series Prevention and Health in which professionals from various areas advise the elderly on different aspects of their health in a total of ten lectures.
This year, as new, have included conferences in La Xara and Jesus Pobre, where Joan Manel Gasent, head of Oncology Hospital de DéniaAnd Pablo Segarra, president of the local board of the AECC in Dénia, taught Talk The Spanish Association Against Cancer Current status and advances in cancer research today. La Xara will take place on November 10 in the Social Center and in Jesus Pobre, the 17 November, also in the Social Center.

The talks will be held in the multipurpose hall of the Social Center of Denia, at 18 hours.
