Vicent Grimalt's opinion: 'The Dénia that awakens'

27 2015 April - 00: 00

Fortunately thanks to my work in front of the public in the pharmacy I have the opportunity to talk every day with neighbors and residents of Denia. People who pass on their concerns, concerns and problems.

Among many things, they lament that in the last 7 years we have lost quality of life. It seems that the feeling is unanimous: the image of Denia has been degraded, the city has been left to its fate and we have suffered a loss of population in many neighborhoods.

Serious problems that hardly a mayor who does not go out on the street (in parties and similar does not count, there we are all happy and happy) and does not talk to his neighbors can know and solve. If he did, he would realize that the citizenship does not claim great works of a million the model. And less if they finally do not get executed while in front of their eyes let lose millions and millions in subsidies from supramunicipal institutions, so necessary to improve the quality of life of the dianenses.

Vicent Grimalt - candidate for mayor of Denia by the PSOE

If you live in Denia, you will agree with me that the city needs yes or yes to undertake the arrangement of streets and sidewalks, to improve the cleaning, to recover the patrimony, to improve the parks, to solve the problems of the excrement of the pets, the pavement , Sports facilities, extended library hours, etc.

And as we live in tourism, we are sure that this reclamation demanded in each neighborhood of the city will have a very positive impact on tourism and the local economy.

Because if a city is good to live for its residents, it is good for those who visit us.

Denia needs to wake up. It needs a project focused on improving those small things that grant notoriety and distinction to our municipality. A project based on participation and consensus, starting with the dialogue with citizens. An exciting program that contains commitments and not promises. Measures executable from the first days of government. Commitments that have left the citizenship, through participatory days and the contact "you to you" at street level. A program that contains measures to return politics to the people and dignify the mayor's office as an exercise of service to others and not to oneself. A project and a program of all and all that solves those small things. And from there, to the bigger ones.

We will work from the first day with honesty, effort and enthusiasm so that citizens are once again the city that the people of Dénia deserve.

Dénia needs to wake up and get to work.

The moment has come. Anem!

Candidate PSPV-PSOE to the mayorship of Dénia

It is incredible, now it turns out that if the PSOE does not rule in Denia, it does not wake up… heh heh. But hey, you are socialists and it's okay to tease us… .please,
I feel sorry, and embarrassed at the same time.

  2. Juan Garrido says:

Who have lost supramunicipal subsidies ??? But we all know that in those institutions there was not a hard one. The Generalitat had money? The state? What has come has been the deputation.
So just with that, I do not deserve any confidence, Mr. Grimalt. It is more of the same. You smell Viciano.
And I personally, I do not want it. We would go to sea.
By the way, very nice poster photo. Only in reality you are not sympathetic.
