Gent of Dénia has had access to the Technical Report of the Territorial Urban Planning Service of the GENERAL STRUCTURAL PLAN of Dénia where the suspension is reported due to a series of deficiencies that are not corrected. This is another, and there are many setbacks that the Territorial Service gives us about a PGE that has been in process for eight years, that has not yet received favorable sectoral reports, and the most worrying thing is that the technicians say so.
The government team may have a political desire to draw up a PGE, but things are not done that way, they must be done well, with a head, exposing them to the public, collecting the necessary sectoral reports and once and for all making an approval.
Stop playing at making plans, it is an important document, it has legal capacity and should serve as a technical and legal framework for all Dianenses. It cannot be done on a whim to change and modify once approved, as they have already done on too many occasions. Let's do things right, there is no rush to approve this vitally important document, which is not the same as vital urgency.
You should rethink whether to continue doing things wrong or better for everyone who throws in the towel. Stop lying and putting band-aids on something that bleeds from all sides and is dying more and more.
