The executive of the PSPV-PSOE Dénia, voted in the general assembly on April 19 and led by its general secretary, Vicent Grimalt, held the first meeting yesterday, Monday, to start putting the electoral machinery in motion.
With an eye on the municipal elections of 2023, the process of setting up the sectoral commissions began, which will be made up of militancy, supporters, citizens in general and representation of the city's entities.
The mission of the sectoral is double and timed in two phases: from now until September, they will work on the evaluation of the degree of compliance with the government program for the 2019-2023 legislature.
After the summer, these working groups, organized by thematic areas that coincide with the executive secretariats, will focus on the contributions that will give substance to the new electoral program for May 2023.
The objective is to create as many sectoral departments as there are secretariats in the new executive so that the points of interest coincide: city policies, participation, education, sports, social welfare, economic promotion, the elderly, youth, equality and diversity, ecological transition and entities of Jesús Pobre and the Xara. Each commission will be directed by the secretary of the corresponding area of the executive.
