Antonio Losada, councilor not attached to the City of Dénia and member of the political group Podemos, will present this Thursday his resignation to the act of councilor for personal reasons. According to the group in a statement, Losada's resignation is due to strictly personal reasons related to the professional career of the mayor in the Public Administration and his probable transfer to another population.
Losada has expressed "Satisfaction for the work carried out in these two years as a constructive opposition that criticizes but also proposes; it trusts in the possibilities to continue moving towards a more sustainable, human, democratic and promising Dénia for young people; and thanks to the citizens for having given the opportunity to defend their interests and rights in the City Council ".
The councilor will be replaced by Julio Palacios Santos, who was third in the electoral list. Circle member We can Denia, architect and urban planner with a long professional career in the city, Palacios had been advising the councilors of Podemos since the beginning of the legislature in everything related to the General Plan.
