One more year, the City Council of Dénia through the Youth Council, has prepared a Halloween that makes the hair stand on end. This edition will be different from those programmed in previous years and, because of the health crisis caused by COVID-19, the activity of the Tunnel of Terror has had to be changed by two other proposals that better fit the new regulations safety and hygiene and that will be equally attractive and terrifying.
On October 28, 29, 30 and 31 the escape room 'Saw' has been organized, in which people over 14 years old can participate alone or boys and girls from 10 to 14 years old accompanied by an adult.
The activity consists of taking a tour of different rooms of the Youth building (Ronda de las Murallas, 42) where the participants will have to solve the enigmas posed in order to escape the enclosure. The tour lasts approximately 30 minutes.
The escape room sessions will take place from 17 pm to 23 pm. You have to make a previous registration and in a closed group, of 4 to 6 people, without being able to complete a group with participants from another origin.
The organization will distribute hydroalcoholic gel in the rooms and among the members of each group and will proceed to disinfect the materials used by the participants after each tour.
On the other hand, for the days 29, 30 and 31 October, Youth has organized the theatrical routes "The terrifying castle", which propose a suggestive and gloomy tour of the Dénia Castle in which there will also appear characters that will talk about the history of our city. The tour will last approximately 30 minutes. This activity will take place between 18 pm and 21 pm, in groups of a maximum of 10 people and only with prior registration.
Depending on the type of route and activity, in the first shifts children from 6 years old, accompanied by adults, may participate. From the age of 14 it will no longer be a requirement to be accompanied. It is reported that the characteristics of the tour do not allow baby carriages or children younger than 6 years old.
