The Aguiriano Sorribes brothers, members of the RCN Dénia, form the 'Pescatours' team in the “Tuna International Cup Challenge of Canada”

The Spanish team "Pescatours" in which the Valencian brothers and partners of the Real Club Nautico Denia, Ángel Aguiriano Sorribes and Manuel, prepare for the 46 edition of the International Giant Tuna Fishing Championship "Tuna International Cup Challenge of Canada" which is celebrated from the 19 to the 22 of September

After proclaiming champion in 2017, the "Pescatours" team, consisting of seven crew members, including the Aguiriano brothers, will again represent Spain in the forty-sixth edition of the International Giant Tuna Fishing Championship, "Tuna International Cup Challenge of Canada", To be held in North Lake (Prince Edward Island, Canada) from the next 19 from September to the 22 in September.

The brothers Aguiriano Sorribes managed to obtain the annual record, three years ago, by capturing a piece of 471 kg.

In this International Tuna Fishing Championship, and in order to promote a sustainable activity, all the captured pieces are returned alive to the sea. Also, in this contest, the use of the harpoon or any damage to the fish is absolutely prohibited.

The next few days, North Lake will receive the 26 vessels that will compete demonstrating their fishing skills to capture the largest tuna. This will be an unmissable annual event for the best fishermen of giant bluefin tuna, from the USA, Australia, New Zealand, India, Denmark, France, Japan, Mexico, Canada and of course, Spain.
