TVE today begins the selection of the candidate who will represent Spain next May at the Eurovision Song Contest, which this year is celebrated in Düseldorf (Germany).
the dianenses SunamiAfter having passed the first phase, which remained in fifth place (in 30 candidates), will perform tonight at a gala to present Anne Igartiburu and which shall serve jury Boris Izaguirre, the Merche singer and English musician Albert Hammond , among others.
The song they will perform is kept secret, but we can say that it is one of the most recognized songs in the history of Eurovision in Spain.
The mechanics of the Gallic selection is as follows: at the gala today and the next Friday will act 24 finalists. In each gala, the jury will select 8 candidates to be submitted to the verdict of the public, who will save three of them. The jury may rescue two more contestants, thus, each gala, will 5 candidates who will face off in a third gala. In the fourth gala, the final, the 3 candidates who pass the third gala, which in turn will perform nine songs selected by the jury will face.
