Councilman Environment, Juan Carlos SignesHe has unveiled a new initiative of its council to promote recycling and cleaning during the holidays of Moors and Christians Denia.
As it has been done in the holidays Fallas For three years, the City Council and the Urbaser company will distribute 4.000 euros among the filaes that recycle the most and best these festivals, a measure that allows recycling the large volume of waste generated by the filaes during these days. After the festivities will benefit the filaes that manage their waste more efficiently.
To improve cleaning during high feast days, between the 13 and 16 August, members of the Federation collected from different Kabyle bags of waste glass, paper and packaging to bring them to the recycling plant, as explained the president of the FEMMiCC Josele Maldonado.
