The 'Special Tapas Route', or how Dénia wants to promote them as an affordable gastronomic format

Strudel omelette accompanied by shavings of ham and peppers oils, Pickled mackerel with a touch of citrus, onion and cherry; Timba apple and foie, flambéed with white asparagus and bacon mushroom cloud... these delicacies are just a small example of how Dénia will celebrate World Tapas Day.

The Dianense cover will arrive in Brussels

The celebration of World Tapa Day will culminate with an event in Brussels, the next 22 in October, in which a total of ten destinations, including Dénia, will announce, by the hand of a local chef, a creation in the form of a lid.

Revitalization Award for Tourist Destination
