Japan, India, Bulgaria, Ecuador, Colombia ... more than 30 nationalities have had a place in celebrating a new edition of the Show of International and Autonomous Cuina of the IES María Ibars, which this year has reached its tenth edition.
Coordinated by Professor Inma Campos, all the students of the center, who prepare the specialties of their countries with the invaluable help of their parents, are invited to participate in this activity. This year, half a hundred dishes have been presented that, during the morning of Wednesday, have been able to taste all the students of the center who have visited the Mostra, installed in the library.
La Mostra is always held on the last day of class before the Easter holidays, at the same time as the paella contest, turning the center into a gastronomic reference in which all nationalities and all their specialties have a place.
