Last Friday, 16 of March, was inaugurated in Center d'Art L'Estacio exposure Educating the Taste.
Fruit of the collaboration of the dianense sculptor and professor of Miguel Hernández University Imma Mengual with a group of teachers from the University of Alicante directed by Professor Josep Bernabéu Mestre, the exhibition offers two perspectives on food, from history and from art, designed to reflect on the role of food in the lives of people and societies.
Following this double exposure, a series of activities related to the education of taste will be generated:

CineTapa
Also, throughout the month of April the project will be developed CineTapa, in collaboration with the Cine Club Pessic, which will offer the public the opportunity to pair cinema and gastronomy enjoying a good film and a cover inspired by it that will be prepared for the occasion by local cooks Maria Luz Piera and Sole Ballester.
The CineTapa will also be held with schools and institutes and other associations such as Hogar del Jubilado, offering, this time, tapas inspired by the short films that will be screened.
