26M Survey in Dénia.com: The PSPV-PSOE would obtain an absolute majority

El PSPV-PSOE of Dénia, headed by Vicent Grimalt, could govern alone during the next legislature. This follows from the electoral survey conducted by Dénia.com in the streets of the municipality between the 6 and the 9 of May, from which the following headlines are extracted:

Absolute majority of the PSPV-PSOE

Un 90,9% of respondents had already decided their vote. An 9,1% did not know which party was going to vote or did not answer the question. Specifically, with 41,5%, the PSPV-PSOE would be the most voted force, followed by Compromísa 10,8%; the PPa 10,5%. The fourth most voted party would be Citizens, with a 8,0%, followed by United We Can, with a 6,3%. The sixth most voted party would be Vox, with a 5,9%Followed by Gent of Déniaa 5,6%. Ara Dénia, with a 1,7%, and Esquerra Unida, with 0,7%, they would be left without municipal representation.

Distribution of councilors according to the Law d'Hont

The municipality of Dénia is composed of 21 councilors. The absolute majority would be reached with 11 councilors, which would correspond to the PSPV-PSOE by Vicent Grimalt according to this survey. Thus, the Socialists could govern alone, adding four councilors to the seven that now counts.

To the second most voted force, Compromís, they would correspond 3 councilors, losing one in reference to the previous legislature. The Party would go down to two council members, the same ones that I would get Ciudadanos, which remains the same as in the previous term.

Vicent Grimalt, the most valued candidate

The best rated candidates in the survey are Vicent Grimalt, head of the list for the PSPV-PSOE, with an average rating of 7,1 out of 10 and mario vidal, head of the Gent de Dénia list, with an average rating of 6,5. Rafa Carrió, head of Compromís list, is the third best rated candidate with 6,2 points.

Out of a total of 287 respondents, an 62,4% contributed their evaluation on Vicent Grimalt, current mayor of Dénia and head of list of PSPV-PSOE. An 44,3% of respondents evaluated Rafa Carrió, head of Compromís list.

María Mut, head of the PP list, was evaluated by an 28,9% of respondents. None of the other candidates selected as head of the list of their respective parties has been evaluated by more than one 20% of the respondents.

More than 80% of respondents think Dénia has changed

The 84,0% of respondents believe that Denia has changed in recent years, 8,4% think it has not changed significantly, and 7,6% of respondents do not know / no answer to the question.

Among those who think that Dénia has changed, the 84,2% thinks that this change has been better and the 6,6% thinks it has been worse.

Works and services, the council that has done the best work

The 40,8% of respondents indicated that the Department of Works and Services is among those who have done a better job, followed by Tourism, Parks and Gardens, and Territory and Urban Quality. In the case of the other Councils, less than one 15% of respondents have considered in each case that they were among those who did a better job.

The perception of change is mostly positive in all voting intention groups, although there is a higher proportion of negative ratings among Vox voters compared to the other groups.
