January 19 from 2024 - 10: 56

This weekend, the planting of native Mediterranean trees will take place on the municipal plot of Les Deveses, adjacent to the Pueblo Andaluz urbanization. This initiative, which seeks the conservation and restoration of the native Mediterranean forest in a municipal green area of 7.500 square meters, is materialized through a collaboration agreement signed between the Dénia City Council and the company Bosquia Nature SL.

The planting, scheduled for Saturday, January 20, 2024, will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will continue until 13:00 p.m. Volunteers from the company Bosquia Nature S.L. They will carry out the planting of native species such as holm oaks, carob trees, mastic trees, aladiernos trees and olive trees.

The agreement established between the Dénia City Council and Bosquia Nature S.L. It lasts two years from the first planting of the season. It stands out that this agreement does not entail economic costs for the city council, since it is the Bosquia company that is in charge of assuming the necessary expenses for the planting, reforestation and maintenance of the species.
