The Citizenship and Policy Forum resumed operations on Friday November 29 with talk of political scientist UNED Leyre Burguera on the current electoral system in the Spanish state.
Burguera stressed that the current electoral system is another part of the complex political system established in Spain since the political transition. Burguera said any electoral system design is made with some political overtones and clear objectives.
