This year the school has decided to edit it, with the collaboration of AMPA and company Scolarest. The result of this decision has appeared the book "A sense poble lletres", a beautiful story starring a group of children who have to find the lost letters of their books.

It is the first time a school of Denia publishes a book by students at the school. The school has made an initial print run of 1.000 copies, sold at a price of € 4 in the center, the library and Publics La Mar Llibres, and soon they expect it to be available in other bookstores in Dénia and the Marina Alta.

A representation of the authors told us, enthusiastically, how the idea came about to edit the story and how the creative process has been: "First we did in cardboard book, large, to celebrate World Book Day and read in all classes. The story really liked and then the teachers thought editing. We work together the five classes of third and fourth grade. The story was passing through classes, developing a home a fragment, also we did the drawings and voted to choose the best. " The cover is designed with a picture of a student. Children have a promotional video to publicize the book, which can be displayed on the website of the center. www.poudelamuntanya.org.

Students we interviewed emphasize that this experience have learned that "We need to read more, every day a little, and care for books, which sometimes seem boring but then you have so much fun. In addition, the books help you to improve spelling ". Quando we are interested in their tastes as readers say that among your favorite genres are adventure, action, fantasy and mystery.

At the end of the book -desarrolladas educational proposals raised by professors related to the story, which children interviewed describe as very funny.

Professor Belén Pavía is very satisfied with the results of this project and states that the students were very motivated during the whole process, "And finally it has excited them much see the result of their work". It also states that they would like to be able to continue such initiatives. From this space teachers also want to acknowledge the support of the school management "Who has trusted this project and has given us the opportunity to edit it"
