This 2019 the classical music festival Dénia Clàssics reaches its tenth edition. Ten years "fostering talent" of national and international artists, as its direct director, Josep Vicent Giner, who on this occasion presents a program "of brilliant performances", according to the councilor for culture, Rafa Carrió.
As usual year after year, Dénia Clàssics will consist of four concerts that will be held on the last Friday of the months of January, February, March and April at the 19: 00 hours at the Social Center.
The cycle starts the Friday January 25 with the performance of the Big Band Si-Fa-Sol, formed by musicians from the province of Alicante based in Benissa. The performance will focus on the jazz of the 30 and 40 years with pieces of swing, Ragtime, Blues, Dixieland or Boogie-Woogie.
The second concert will be the Friday February 22. He Duo of Salzburg formed by Yvonne Timoianu (cello) and Alexander Preda (piano), two musicians "out of series" According to the organization, they will perform works by Mozart.

Carbó, who studied at the Reina Sofía School, will offer a piano recital "of the highest level" in which transcriptions of orchestrated scores will be included.
Dénia Clàssics 2019 it will end with the performance of the string quartet A Piacere, formed by professors of the Network of Conservatories of the Comunitat Valenciana. The teacher of the Dénia Conservatory, Ana Requena (violin), Miguel Ángel López (violin), Miguel Falomir (viola) and Yolanda Bueso (violoncello) present the concert The music comes between two centuries.
