Bruno Ruiz (Aticcook) achieved the greatest gastronomic recognition in Spain, Sol Repsol, just a month ago. An award that rewards the exquisite signature cuisine that the Dianense chef has designed in the most exquisite penthouse in Dénia.

But, if you thought that Bruno had already done everything to leave you speechless, you were wrong. In just a few days he launches his funniest, most casual and clandestine project: Escondida.

A concept of a restaurant on the beach, with a 'non-stop' kitchen service that launches with the motto: Mar Fusión Dénia.
