Given the frequent overflow of the four green points and the fact that other containers of the scattered city, not intended for the collection of green, were being used to deposit plant remains, the Department of Ecological Transition has made the decision to increase to 8 points for the collection of green waste.
Until now, there were only 4 points where users, non-professionals, could deposit green: 2 in Marines (Nova Dénia and Racons), one in front of the Bosc de Diana and one in the Camí del Pou de la Muntanya.
As of today, the number of green points has doubled with another four new ones located half in the Montgo (Galeretes and the La Pedrera car park), one in Assagador de la Marjal and another in Les Rotes, at the level of the pharmacy, in the Barranc del Monyo.
