Dénia is committed to promoting digital transformation in 40 of its local businesses

21 March 2024 - 12: 26

The Dénia City Council, in collaboration with the Department of Commerce and Creama, has announced the launch of a digital marketing mentoring program for local companies. This initiative, financed by Next Generation funds, has the main objective of promoting economic activity in the municipality through the digitalization of businesses.

The program will offer individualized mentoring in digital marketing, focused mainly on the use of smartphones and social networks, with the purpose of promoting the digital transformation of companies and increasing their competitiveness in the market. It is expected that this initiative will provide local businesses with the necessary tools to improve their innovation and adapt to new digital trends, which will allow them to grow and consolidate in the market.

Up to a total of 40 businesses may participate in this program, as long as they meet the requirement of being individuals or commercial companies that carry out their commercial activity in Dénia. Priority will be given to businesses with retail trade and physical establishment headings in the selection process, while the rest will be on a waiting list in case of cancellations.

The program will consist of eight individual sessions, divided into four 90-minute in-person sessions and four online sessions, the dates of which will be agreed between the mentor and the company. A detailed plan will be established in coordination with participating businesses, addressing processes, content and calendar in a consensual manner to maximize the impact of each session on the digital transformation of companies.

Those people interested in participating in the digital marketing mentoring program will have to register presenting a general application through the electronic headquarters of the Dénia City Council, between March 21 and April 5.
