An elderly woman has been run over this Monday morning while crossing the pedestrian crossing that joins the Municipal House of Culture with Plaza Jaume I. The events have happened minutes after the 10: 00 in the morning.
The causative vehicle, driven by a woman, did not circulate at great speed. Within a few minutes two vehicles, a SAMU and a Basic Life Support to the area, that have attended the woman in situ, have been presented. According to sources of the Local Police of Dénia, the blow has not been very strong and the woman was conscious and talking with the health personnel.
It is not the first outrage that occurs in the Plaza Jaume I, an area heavily traveled by the proximity of several schools, by which many vehicles circulate at a speed higher than allowed.
