Dependency conferences begin at the Seu Universitària de Dénia

This Tuesday, 21 of November, begins in the University Headquarters of the University of Alicante in Dénia the conferences on attendance in the dependancy that will be distributed during the months of November and December.

With this cycle, the University Headquarters intends to launch a set of initiatives aimed at professionalizing and improving care in this sector, considered fundamental of great importance for the socio-economic future of the city of Dénia.

The cycle will start on Tuesday November 21, at 16: 00 hours, with the talk entitled Prevention and identification of dementia taught by Manuel Lillo, professor of the Department of Health Psychology.

El Tuesday November 28, the 16: 00 hours, will take place the second of the presentations, which will address the Prevention of gender violence, the role of the dependency assistant by Ana María Rosser, professor of the Department of Communication and Social Psychology, and María Concepción Torres, professor at the Department of Constitutional Law.

Healthy habits for active and healthy aging, by Manuel Lillo, professor of the Department of Health Psychology, will be the third proposal programmed for the Wednesday December 13, At 16: 00 hours.

The cycle will end with the lecture given by Professor María Isabel Sospedra, professor of the Department of Nursing, with the talk dedicated to the Eating Disorders in Older Adults el Wednesday December 20, At 16: 00 hours.
