The Business Circle of the Marina Alta and the Fundació Baleària, together with the University of Denia and the General Directorate of Social Responsibility, have organized a conference to discuss the way forward to make the High Marina a socially responsible territory.

For this, it is necessary that very diverse organizations incorporate social responsibility into their management: companies of all dimensions, public administrations, social organizations, universities ... So it is necessary to share this sense of Responsibility before society, before the Marina Alta, from the establishment of a framework for joint dialogue between people and organizations that, from the will to strengthen the territory and the cohesion of people, can provide different and complementary visions, draw lines of progress and manage to convert certain challenges of today in tomorrow's opportunities.

The conference will begin on Thursday October 19, at 19: 00 hours with the chat Make the High Marina a socially responsible region, in charge of Josep Maria Canyelles, expert in social responsibility of companies and organizations, promoter of Global Responsibility, socio-consultant of Vector 5.

El Monday the 23 Phase 2 of the conference will take place. At 9:30 hours, a management seminar will be held directed by Canyelles for representatives of municipalities and public organizations. At 16:30 p.m. there will be a new seminar on this occasion for representatives of SMEs, heads of CSR or HR departments. On Tuesday, the 24th this seminar will be addressed to representatives / members of non-profit organizations (social, cultural, youth, sports, academic ...).

The conference will end the Wednesday October 25 with the conclusion workshop Fer de la Marina Alta a region socially responsible, led by Federico Buyolo García, General Director of Cooperation and Solidarity; and Josep Ochoa Monzó, General Director of Social Responsibility and Promotion of Self-Government.
