In the center of Alfara, an old workshop almost in ruins has been completely renovated thanks to an ambitious and comprehensive project carried out by GV Arquitecnia. The objective is to convert this building into a home that fuses rural, classic and modern style. And so they have achieved it!
Un great challenge for a great team: The client was looking for open spaces with natural light, a multipurpose patio and a design that combined contemporary with classic. Another of the challenges was to make the most of the space.
The materials They have played a fundamental role in the design of this home. Wood has been used for the furniture and a ceramic floor with a wood finish. Ceramics and stone are also present, integrating simultaneously into the home.

GV Arquitecnia it was proposed combine rural and historical and local elements, achieving a unique symbiosis. The facades of the house exhibit a minimalist style with white finishes and black details, highlighting modernity both inside and outside.
The architecture studio met the challenge of harmonizing all the elements in the most prominent spaces until turning this home into a benchmark in terms of elements and materials used.
