In this video that a reader sends us, you can see one of these cases. An a priori empty beach is tempting for those who practice speed sports, but sailing at more than three knots within the bathing area in addition to not being allowed is highly dangerous.

It is forbidden to navigate at a speed greater than 3 knots less than 200 meters from the shore even if there is no signaling for a beacon line, as is the case, until this week when it will be installed as confirmed by the Councilor for Beaches, Pepe Doménech. Those first 200 meters is the area reserved for the bathroom although, let us insist, there is no signage. In other words, bathers do not require their own signaling based on buoys to swim or dive.
