The CD set Garbi Dénia achieved a clear victory against Club Handbol La Vila by 37 to 18. This clash that was played in the municipal pavilion of Dénia was controlled from the beginning and until the end by the local team.
With an identical template to the one of the previous season, that is to say, with a base of very young players, the dianense equipment jumped to the track showing much defensive intensity. The deep defense ordered by David Salanova allowed stealing many balls to his team. The ballast of the premises was in attack, where they lost great chances to have gone clearly on the scoreboard. These errors meant that the distance on the scoreboard did not exceed the 3 difference goals for the locals in the first fifteen minutes of the game.
With the Dianense coach himself, on the court, Salanova helped to direct the attack game of his team very calmly. The locals moved the ball very much always looking for superiority situations in attack and this together with a physical downturn of the visitors, allowed to come to rest with the maximum advantage in the score, 17 to 9.
The intensity and the scoring success were maintained

The local coach, decided to give minutes to all his staff coming to this track a very young team. This was used by the visitors to make up a little the marking, because when the usual block returned the differences were enlarged.
