During the afternoon of Thursday, after 18:00, the Dénia Red Cross has once again dealt with the path of the Cova Tallada, to attend this time to a woman who had suffered a broken ankle.
The person they have attended was part of a group that was preparing to visit Cova Tallada, when a slight accident during the tour prevented them from continuing. After, according to their colleagues, trying in vain to call 112, they have moved to the lifeguard's surveillance chair in Playa del Fresquito, the part of Les Rotes closest to the Cova Tallada.
Red Cross Dénia, upon receiving the warning from his partner, has acted quickly by mobilizing the ambulance to the scene of the accident, a point to which the head of the Les Rotes post and the Coordinator of the beaches to perform the corresponding first aid.
Once in contact with the wound, about 53 years, they have managed to immobilize it and take it to the ambulance, which has moved it to the Hospital de Dénia to determine the extent of the injury.
