Between 2008 and 2009, a gang accused of assaulting 7 homes in both the island and Dénia and were arrested in El Verger and Ibiza Xàbia. Up to 23 people were prosecuted in a macrocause of the court of Dénia. A decade has lasted the process, with an absolute verdict for the vast majority of the defendants present at the trial. Apparently, the nullity of telephone interventions authorized by the Dénia court has been decisive. The listeners would have been done without sufficient tests to conclude the involvement of the telephone user.
