Top Studi, together with 'Action', organizes a workshop aimed at parents and teenage children, next March 24, from 10h to 13h. In this activity the parents will be able to know tools that help them to accompany their children in this stage.
The workshop will be taught by Eva de la Coba, an expert in coaching and NLP, as well as a specialist in personal and emotional development. In the workshop the specific keys of the most frequent problems will be given when dealing with adolescent children. They will also enter their minds in order to discover how to handle conflicting situations with more empathy and assertiveness.
The talk-workshop is addressed to both parents and children. And with each group will work specific topics, such as:
- Bullying prevention and how to find out.
- Promote their self-motivation and responsibility.
- Self-esteem and empowerment in adolescence.
- Emotional intelligence for parents and adolescents.
- Emotional self-regulation for stressed parents.
