On the one hand, you have the Intensive Summer Course aimed at exams at the University of Cambridge, while on the other hand, you have courses for teenagers and children of two types, semi-intensive and alternative classes.
6º Intensive Summer Course at The English Institute
The English Institute has already opened the place to enroll for its 6º Intensive English Language Course in summer, oriented towards examinations at the University of Cambridge for obtaining the official certificates: A2 Key (KET), B1 Preliminary (PET), B2 First (FCE), C1 Advanced (CAE) and C2 Proficiency (CPE).
As in the previous five years, this entails 8 weekly hours of classes (two hours each day, Monday to Thursday), plus some extra time devoted solely to oral practice, without counting the time and effort that they will have to dedicate at home. The Intensive Course is designed for both adults and teenagers and incorporates internal tests to reinforce progress and be effective.
41º Summer Course The English Institute
For children and adolescents at The English Institute, they have two very interesting and simple courses for the student. It is about the courses: Semi-Intensive and Alternate Classes.
-The Semi-Intensive course is designed for students who are between 6º of primary and 2ºBachiller. The attendance is daily, with a duration of one hour and 15 minutes per session and a mandatory exam every Friday. It is designed to solve, once and for all, the problems that the student may have with the language and / or take a great leap in their knowledge.
-The Alternate Classes, on the other hand, consist of four weekly classes, divided into two hours per session, two days per week. These classes are developed more traditional style, covering in a short time a wide range of language skills, since, not being so busy in summer, we can expect much more from our students.
