This afternoon, around the 17: 17 hours, residents of Denia have seen a tremor reflecting the earthquake that was taking place in the province of Albacete, an intensity of 5,4 on the Richter scale, as reported by the National Geographic Institute , an intensity that is considered between moderate and strong.
The tremor lasted only a few seconds and has not caused material damage in the city, and as in Dénia has been noted in several Spanish provinces.
Apparently the epicenter was located 10 kilometers from the town of El Bonillo, Albacete, and according to provisional data, there has been some 15 kilometers deep.
The failure that has occurred is the same earthquake that devastated in 2011 Murcia town of Lorca.
On Twitter, the National Police has calmed users explaining that it has been a small earthquake located in the center of the country.
