With three Michelin stars in the suitcase, Quique Dacosta and part of his team have been touring touring Europe. Thus, Dacosta, who remains in a constant state of search and analysis of the territories, their cultures and their people, begins an international tour where he will team up in the coming months with the best chefs on the continent.
The cook who lives in Dénia dinner served this week with four hands Jonnie Boer, the Dutch restaurant The LibreAnd will cook in the coming weeks with Andreas Caminadas or Sven Elverfeld, among others.
