Quique Dacosta guides a prestigious British gastronomic journalist in rice culture

British journalist and writer specializing in travel and gastronomy Philip Sweeney visited Dénia last week as part of a press trip for the community organized by Turisme Comunitat Valenciana.

The journalist, interested in the rice culture, visited the two provincial capitals of Valencia and Alicante, the lagoon of Valencia and the municipality of Dénia, since our city has become a gastronomic reference on an international level, in which the Rice is one of the main protagonists, both of our diet and the gastronomic offer, because of the multiple varieties we have in the area and the different types of cooking we use.

In Dénia, its agenda had as its main protagonist Quique Dacosta and its restaurant 3 Michelin stars. The chef made for the British journalist a showcooking of rice and a sample of its signature cuisine focused on local products.
