The university headquarters of the Universitat d'Alacant in Dénia - Gasterra has organized, on Friday 2 of November, the presentation of the book Mediterranean heritage, origin and evolution of our diet, the authors Ana Zaragoza Martí, doctorate in nutrition and health sciences and Juan Vicente Martín Devesa, specialist in economic and agrarian history of the Modern Age.
The presentation of this publication is framed in the cycle "Read in gastronomic code" organized by the Center of Gastronomy of the Mediterranean Gasterra of the University of Alicante in collaboration with the City Council of Dénia, Dénia Creative City of Gastronomy and Turisme Comunitat Valenciana.
The presentation will begin at 19: 00 hours in the conference room of the Municipal House of Culture of Dénia. Free admission.
