If you like to exercise outdoors, from Monday July 5 you can enjoy activities such as Fitness training (Every day from the 9: 30 h.) Pilates o Fitness (Every other day, starting at 8: 30) to the sea and free.
The activities that are framed in "Omplit d'arena" will take place in the Marineta Beach Cassiana until August 27, Monday through Friday between 8: 30 and 10: 30 h. in the morning.
No prior inscription is required. To participate, simply stay away from the beach to enjoy comforts @ class (comfortable clothes, towels, water and a hat for sun protection).
