Miguel Bou and Andrea Lucas winners on the 5000 crossing to Mayorales de Sant Roc

The swimmers, Miguel Boy, from CN Aquatic Marines, in men and Andrea Lucas, from the Godella Swimming Club, were the winners of the Mayorales swim crossing Sant Roc in the distance of 5.000 meters, held in Dénia. This was, of the four tests held, the scoring for the Open Water Circuit of the Valencian Community.

The test had three protagonists who from the first meters set a pace that could not be followed by the rest of the participants. Miguel Boy, along with his escape companions, Joan Muñoz of the Natació Gandía Club and Jesús Bergua of the Delfín Swimming Club. They gradually separated from a persecuting group where the infant Ramón Calatayud was the one who led that group. To emphasize that a little further back in a third group entered Andrea Lucas, the first woman classified.

On the podium of this distance of the 5.000 meters Miguel Bou climbed as first classified with a time of 1.10: 14, Joan Muñoz was the second with an 1 mark: 10.38 and third place went to Jesús Bergua, with a record of 1 : 10.41.

Highlight among the locals the victory of Ana Terencio in its 60 Master category and Enrique Romany, winner in its 65 Master category.

The participation in this distance was from 120 swimmers who enjoyed a sea that presented a spectacular appearance, with hardly any waves and in total calm.

Huertas and Jiménez won the 1.500

In the distance of the 1.500 it was the first in which the participating 106 threw themselves into the sea. A test that had a single protagonist, David Huertas of the Triathlon Club Chamartín, who took command of the test at the passage of the first buoy and no longer released it. Huertas came out of the water first marking a time of 18: 06. The second place went to, David Ibáñez, of the Elda Swimming Club, which made an 18.52 brand. The third place went to the dianense Gabriel Dolader, from CT Hurricane The Bike Run, with a time of 20.54.

In women, the first to cross the goal arch was independent Laura Jiménez, with a mark of 22.02. The second place went to Katherin Gutíerrez, of the San Vicente CN, who made a time of 22.50. The third position went to Nuria Arrue, of the Zadorra Swimming Club, which ended with an 23.54 record.

Among the locals, Gabriel Dolader, Antonio Bonilla and the junior Jorge Santosjuanes stood out.

Martí and Cabanillas the best in 500

In the distance of the 500 meters a total of 26 swimmers participated, between the categories of fry and baby. The absolute winner was Jorge Martí, from Ferca San José, with a time of 7: 43. The second place and first female was Natalia Cabanillas, of Cesn Silla, with an 7.46 brand. The third absolute place went to the girl Enma Navarro with a mark of 8.07. The second in boys was Xabi Cabanilles with an 8.16 brand. The third girl to get on the podium was Paula Francés, with an 8.20 mark. The third guy on the podium was Ivan Lechev, with a time of 8.21.

In the 200 meter crossing for the smallest participants, only two swimmers, Nicolás Muñiz and Vera Pérez, took the exit, so both have climbed the podium as winners.
