Just like four editions ago, the Puerto Deportivo y Turístico Marina Dénia will host the solidarity regatta, "Heliocare Dénia Trophy", which organizes The Yacht Tribe and that goes from Dénia to Jávea.
On Friday 28 September will begin the activities of this regatta, with the meeting of employers and registration of participants at 21 hours. Afterwards, a welcome cocktail will be held for all of them at Marina Dénia.
On Saturday, the organization plans to hold two tests in the Cruise Class. Two more will take place on Sunday, will be windward / leeward and a coastal.
The Salina class is new
Meaning that in this edition the great novelty is given by the increase of participating classes, since the Salina Class is incorporated. One of the characteristics of this regatta is that all those boats that have a woman as a skipper, and at least fifty percent of the crew that is female, can participate.
From the organization it is estimated that the participation in the test is prowling the 20 boats coming from the vast majority of Dénia, but there are also others that will arrive from other points of the Valencian Community and possibly some international.
The regatta has solidarity character since each inscribed vessel makes a donation of 50 euros that are destined to the Aladina Foundation.
Point out that all social events, opening ceremony, team dinner and trophy delivery will take place at Marina Dénia.
