Vicent Grimalt, Socialist councilor of the city of Denia, has announced that his group supports the use of the sentences which obliges the City Council to pay more than 8 millions of euros for expropriations of the Hospital's land, recalling that said expropriations, made when the PSPV he ruled the city, "They were endorsed by an appraisal and that the price paid was determined at the time."
According Grimalt, "Chelet has a short and selective memory, as the Socialists had to expropriate the land for the construction of the hospital Comarcal of Dénia, since the Generalitat had the whim to change its plans to extend the Pedrera and requested some new land that we did not have due to the 0 m2 of sanitary land managed by the government of PP where they were councilors Pepa Font y Ana Kringe."
