Last weekend, the sailors of the Real Club Nautico Denia They moved to Valencia to participate in the Great Valencia Light Vela Trophy, held at the Real Club Náutico de Valencia. The Dianense club competed with Juan Vives, Alex Lodder, Alberto Muñoz, Gabriel González and Michail Kulikov in the 4.7 Laser modality.
The day of Saturday was characterized by bad weather conditions that allowed only one of the three tests, due to the strong southwest wind that increased during the race and forced the committee to suspend two of the tests.
On Sunday, it was also marked by the wind, first of the southwest and then rolling to the northwest. Finally three sleeves were made during the day.
Jaime Portolés, president of the Real Club Náutico Dénia, thanked the sailors from Diane for their participation in this complicated regatta and encouraged them to participate in the next races.
