The woman was returning home with her dog when the elevator stopped. They were the 21: 00 hours. At first, from the company said they have no record of the address indicated, and once solved this misunderstanding, they warned that the technician would take more than an hour to arrive, since it was far from the address indicated.

At the 21: 50 hours, almost an hour after being locked in, the woman was finally able to get out of the elevator thanks to the help of the firemen. After this incident, the affected neighbors have announced that they will initiate legal actions against the company "lack of service, neglect and lack of help".
