Veteran Lili Riva won three medals in the Spanish Championship

The athletics track in Elche witnessed the achievement of three medals by the athlete, Lili Riva, of the Athletics Club Baleària Diànium, in the Veterans Championship Spain. Rivas got a gold and two bronzes that left her very satisfied with her performance. The representation of the dianense club in this event was of five athletes.

Lili Rivas Arias, managed to be third in the two tests in which he took part at the individual level. On the 80 meters fences within its F40 category was the third to cross the finish line. His mark was 14.67. In the race of the 400 meters hurdles repeated put, with a record of 1: 12.59.

In addition to these two medals, Lili Rivas, won a gold medal, as a component of the 4X100 F40 relay, from the Club Beach from Castellón. Together with her companions, Olga Lamelas, Raquel Escorihuela and Silvia Marty. It must be said that Lili participated with the Castellón team as it was the Athletics Club Baleària Diànium, a subsidiary club.

For his part, Sebastián Moratalla, participated in three tests in the M50 category, being fourth in javelin throwing, with a better mark of 40.86. In the competition of throwing weight was tenth with a better shot of 9,86 and in throwing of disc where also it was tenth with a launching of 30.70.

One of the debutantes in this national event was the mediofondista, Mila Ortega that participated in the race of the 5.000 meters. Ortega finished eighth in the F45 category with an 21.08.15 record, improving his personal best in 18 seconds.

José Lozano Moya, participated in three tests within the M45 category, did so with a severe pain in the leg due to an injury. He improved his personal brand in the 200 meters with a time of 36.63, being the fifth in its series. In the race of 100 meters was fifth in its series with a record of 13.12. In the test of the 400 meters finished in the 16ª position with a time of 1: 00.26.
