This Saturday, August 17, starting at 11:30 a.m., at the Dénia Municipal Market, the chef Bruno Ruiz, from Aticcook Bruno Ruiz, will star in a showcooking where he will create muscatel grape desserts, in collaboration with Mara Bañó, owner of the Les Freses winery. In addition, the Verdú brothers will prepare some snacks of cheese with foie and desserts with raisins, which will be accompanied by a marinated wine from Mara Bañó. In addition, there will be tasting for attendees of muscatel ice cream.
This initiative comes from the hand of the summer campaign organized by the Municipal Mercat and which has the creativity of Gelart Desserts to promote seasonal fruits and vegetables.
