The UPCCA (Unit for Community Prevention of Addictive Behaviors) of the Department of Addiction Prevention ends the edition highlighting the assistance and great interest of the public. On September 21 and 28, two talks were held for parents, teachers and young people dealing with adolescence. The UPCCA (Unit for Community Prevention of Addictive Behaviors), dependent on the council and organizer of the workshops, highlights the good reception that the initiative has had, with 74 attendees recorded.
Workshop days
The first day, Wednesday 21, with the title "Strengthening the self-esteem of our sons and daughters and family communication", served the attendees to learn forms of communication and approach to strengthen relationships between adults and young people and increase self-esteem. of the teenagers.
While the second, on Wednesday 28, was focused on the relationship of young people with social networks. "A companion in the proper use of ICT: mobile, PC, video games and social networks" was a session aimed at giving the tools to avoid addictive behaviors and problems derived from the presence of youth in the digital world.
