Suma is in the final phase of the work of updating the databases of real estate in the municipality of Dénia commissioned by the city to regularize the tax status of all housing in the municipality.
After studying all the 62.000 buildings in the city one by one, the studio has brought to light 3.648 cases of modification of real estate that have already been remitted to the Cadastre of Alicante to proceed with the variation of their cadastral value and pass to pay taxes. that corresponds to them There are cases of changes in the area of the plot, the built surface, changes in the use and type and also variations of the tax object.
After this work, new housing units that were not included in the register, voluntarily by their owners after contacting Suma, have been incorporated into the 705 municipal register.
Along with the information of the modifications detected by Suma, two files have been sent to the inspection of the Cadastre of Alicante: one with the data of 461 houses with building permission but whose construction does not fit the project for which the license was granted and another with a relationship of 57 farms in which it has been built but there is no documentation that endorses having a license granted by the municipal department of Urban Discipline to do so.
Thanks to this work, the Department of Urban Discipline can open records of establishment of legality to those who have modified the buildings or have built without a license.
