Once again, the area of the North coast is in the crosshairs of the State Meteorological Agency. Although they point out that the risk will not be as extreme as with the DANA last month, accumulations of up to 60 mm are expected in the Marina Alta, for which the AEMET has decreed the yellow alert due to the risk it may entail.
According to forecasts, from the 20: 00 in the afternoon of Monday to noon tomorrow, the 12: 00 on Tuesday, a new DANA will pass over the region. Therefore, there is a high probability of witnessing very strong and persistent rainfall again. The AEMET notifies that these will be accumulations of 20 mm per hour and up to 60 over 12 hours. Water, therefore, will bathe the streets of Dénia again.
To the rains will accompany a coastal storm from the morning of Tuesday, to the 06: 00, with waves of up to 3 meters and north wind of force 7.
