26 July 2016 - 00: 03

The Provincial Council of Alicante has announced in the Official Gazette of the Province the tender for the redevelopment works of Fontanella Street, a project that will cover the 65% with the City Council, with the contribution of 785.000 euros.

According to the deputy of Infrastructures, Bernabé Cano, the works contemplate a deadline of six months since its bidding, and from the Diputación expect to start before the end of the year. It is one of the works most demanded by neighbors and visitors, since this street is one of the most needed in the urban area. Parallel to the Cervantes esplanade and one of the connections of the Baix la Mar neighborhood with the Calle Marques de Campo, Fontanella Street is now a focus of dirt, broken sidewalks and patched asphalt.

As Cano explains, "The provincial government is making a great effort to undertake this work that has been much demanded by the city council and by the residents of the area, given the poor state of this road".

The project includes the redevelopment of this street, including the improvement of sanitation and rainwater networks, the potable water network and telecommunications channels. The street lighting will also be renewed and the area will be resurfaced.

By the time Mayor of the urbanization of Ondara Street; even when we are going to have to access our homes through an unbuilt street and without lighting dedicated to dog crap area.
You, Mr. Mayor, knows the problem and so far only words and no fact.
That little blood have street neighbors Ondara and Impresor bottle to endure this situation and not act for the brave
Something we will have to do the neighbors, that we have not done until now, so that the discrimination ends
