Very happy and satisfied organizers of the Solidarity Cursa de La Xara were, since this year the registration of the above was exceeded. Between walkers and runners were 350 who participated in this race.
The first to take the start were the runners who complied with a total track of 4.800 meters. They gave two laps to a totally urban circuit of 2.400 meters.
The first to cross the finish line was Carlos Cabrera de Benissa, ahead of Miquel Piera of the Athletics Club Baleària Diànium and of Said Dayday This same club.
The first woman who entered was the Dianense goal, mayca Room ahead of his companion Club Athletics Baleària Diànium, Aida Pérez and Cristina Roselló.
After the athletes it was the turn of the walkers who, with a suffocating heat, filled in the 1.600 meters of the route.
Mayor EATIM La Xara, Josep Fornés along with the mayor of Sports Denia, Juan Carlos Signes They were responsible for giving the prize to the winners. Mean that they were not trophies but a cabasset with typical Easter products. The winner both female and male also won a traveling to Ibiza for two.
The representative of the Association of Neuromuscular Disease Valencia thanked everyone for their joint participation in this race. The money raised from this event will go to the association.
